Growing up immersed in this heritage, I understood that Rose Otto was never meant to be just another ingredient—it was a biological masterpiece. Yet, in the modern market, I saw this “liquid gold” diluted, synthesized, and stripped of its soul.

Returning to Melbourne, I sought to bridge this ancient Bulgarian lineage with the precision of Australian science.
